HZS35 concrete mixing plant


HZS35 concrete mixing station is a small station, also known as 35 station. The mixing station production line is composed of mixing host, batching machine, screw conveyor, cement silo, weighing and electrical control systems, and is divided into sand and gravel feeding, powder feeding, water and admixture feeding, transmission, mixing and storage 4 Parts. It adopts high-quality steel structure casting, combined structure, modular unit, and more convenient installation. Mixing system:

◆35 mixing station adopts JS750 double-horizontal shaft forced mixing main engine, which has strong power, short mixing time, good mixing quality, low operating noise, reasonable structure design, and convenient operation and maintenance.

◆It can be used to mix various concretes with dry hardness, fluidity, lightweight aggregate concrete and other proportions, as well as various types of mortar.

Sand and gravel batching system:

◆The batching machine at the 35 station is PLD1200, which is composed of a feeding device, a weighing system, a conveying device, and an electrical control system.

◆According to actual needs, it can be equipped with a 2-cell batching machine or a 3-cell batching machine.

◆The weighing system of the PLD1200 batching machine adopts a lever and an electronic sensor to make the measurement more accurate and fast.

Conveyor system:

◆The aggregate conveying system of 35 mixing station adopts the lifting bucket conveying method, which has the advantage of occupying a small space and saving land resources.

◆Sand and gravel aggregates are conveyed to the weighing system by the belt conveyor, and then conveyed to the lifting bucket of the mixing host after weighing.

◆The batching and operation process of aggregate is: batching machine silo→weighing hopper→mixer lifting bucket→mixing host.

Weighing system:

◆The measuring system of 35 mixing station consists of water scale, additive scale, powder scale and aggregate scale.

◆The aggregate and powder are weighed electronically. The structure of the sand-gravel aggregate scale includes a belt scale and a bucket scale; the powder scale adopts a bucket scale;

◆Water and additives are measured by electronic scales. The water meter is discharged by a water pump, and the admixture is measured in a hanging type with an electronic sensor.

Powder silo and conveying system:

◆The powder storage bin and conveying system are composed of cement bin and screw conveyor.

◆The running process is: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder weighing hopper → mixing host.

1. Cement warehouse

◆The cement silo is a steel structure, consisting of a cylinder, a bracket, a valve, an arch breaking device, a feed pipe, and a dust collector on the roof of the silo.

◆In order to prevent the powder from arching, a blower arch breaking device is installed at the bottom cone of the silo, and a solenoid valve is used to control the release of compressed air for powder arch breaking.

◆The powder is fed into the silo through the feed pipe by air pressure, and the pressure gas generated in the silo is discharged through the dust collector on the top of the silo.

2. Screw conveyor

◆Screw conveyor is responsible for conveying the powder in the powder silo to the conveying equipment of the powder metering hopper.

◆It is mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, screw shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., with high transmission rate, good sealing performance, no dust pollution, and can be assembled in sections for easy transportation.

Electrical control system:

◆The control system of 35 mixing plant is simple to operate and easy to master. Using high-precision batching control components, the batching is stable, the performance is reliable, the error is effectively controlled, the manual control and the automatic control are integrated, and the report data can be stored and printed. It can also be equipped with a monitoring system, the interface is intuitive, and the on-site work flow can be observed clearly and accurately.
