The reasons for analysis may include: the angle iron of the fixed scale frame for transportation has not been removed; the card is issued at the pressure head and the pressure plate; the scale body interferes with the outside world; the three sensor models do not match; the load is unbalanced when weighing the material.

2. Difficult opening and closing when the discharge door of the collecting chamber is empty
The failure manifests as slow and weak cylinder movement, but the mechanical part of the discharge door is inspected for friction and stagnation, and the solenoid valve and cylinder are not leaking.
The reasons for the analysis may be: the air path is not smooth, such as the filter element of the triple-part air-water separator at the air source is too dirty, resulting in a poor air path, which reduces the gas flow per unit time, resulting in slow cylinder movement; the muffler is too dirty, in When the cylinder moves, the pressure difference between the rod cavity and the rodless cavity becomes smaller, causing the cylinder to move slowly.

3. No discharge at the discharge port

The reasons for the analysis may be: there are foreign objects or accumulated materials between the discharge door and the sealing plate; the pressure of the gas circuit system is insufficient, the cylinder leaks or the oil mist device is damaged; the wiring between the solenoid valve and the relay is disconnected, the virtual connection is damaged, or the relay is damaged; The solenoid coil is burnt or the spool is stuck; the time relay is damaged, causing the PLC to have no normal input signal.
The method to deal with the failure of the concrete mixing plant is: if there is foreign matter or accumulation between the discharge door and the sealing plate, the foreign matter and accumulation should be cleaned and the discharge door should be washed; if the pressure of the gas system is insufficient, the cylinder leaks or the oil mister is damaged , You should check whether the lubricator, connector, cylinder and other parts are damaged; if the wiring between the solenoid valve and the relay falls off, the virtual connection or the relay is damaged, you should check the relay contact output and wiring, and replace it if necessary; if the solenoid valve coil burns The solenoid valve should be replaced if it is damaged or the spool is stuck; if the time relay is damaged, it should be replaced.
6. Conveyor belt deviation
The fault is manifested in three situations: one is that the conveyor belt deflects to the same side under no-load and loading conditions, that is, the conveyor belt center line deflects laterally, and the conveyor belt is biased to the side with less material; the second is the conveyor belt left, The right is deviated without a fixed direction; the third is that the conveyor belt deviates in the middle of the entire conveyor conveyor.
Uneven foundation, sticky material of flat idler roller, left-right imbalance of grooved roller, and unbalanced part of active and passive roller adjustment will cause deviation of conveyor belt. If the conveyor belt deflects to the same side under both no-load and loading conditions, it means that the tension on both sides of the conveyor belt is not the same or the rack is uneven. At this time, you should first level the base of the frame, remove the sticky material from the flat idler, and adjust the screw or counterweight of the tensioning mechanism. If the conveyor belt has no fixed direction to the left and right, it means that the conveyor belt is slack and the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted. If the conveyor belt deviates in the middle of the conveyor, it can be corrected by adjusting the position of the idler group,
Adjustment method: If the conveyor belt deviates to one side, the side roller group should be moved sideways in the direction of the conveyor belt advancement, or the other side roller group can also be moved backward (or the other side roller bracket should be properly raised) . The adjustment method of the return roller group is the same as that of the bearing roller group. For the conveyor system of longer conveyor belts, adjusting the roller set is very effective.
The adjustment of the reversing roller is an important part of the deviation adjustment of the conveyor belt. The installation position of the roller must be perpendicular to the center line of the conveying direction of the conveyor, otherwise deviation will inevitably occur. If the conveyor belt deviates to its right, the bearing housing on the right should be moved forward (or the left bearing housing should be moved backward); if the conveyor belt deviates to the left of the roller, the bearing housing on the left should be moved Move forward (or the right bearing block moves backward).
If the conveyor belt deviates relative to the driven roller, the adjustment method is just the opposite of the active roller.
