How Does Concrete Plant Work ?

Aggregates are supplied from an open warehouse to the supply bins by a front loader along a ramp laid in front of the supply bins.

During periodic operation, aggregates can be loaded into the bins partially crumpled (particle size not more than 160 mm). Above the bins are closed with special grids with a cell of 160x160mm to exclude the ingress of oversized aggregate pieces, foreign inclusions and compliance with safety measures.

A silo for storing cement (with a capacity of 30, 50, 60, 80, 100 tons) is used to provide the necessary supply of binder.

Cement is loaded from a cement truck or from a cement warehouse via a cement pipeline. The level of cement in the silo is monitored by level sensors (upper and lower).
