HZS75 concrete mixing plant is composed of JS1500 forced mixing host, PLJ2400 batching machine, cement silo, screw conveyor, electrical control system and other parts. The automatic control system can control the electronic weighing of sand and gravel aggregates with high accuracy and small error. It has functions such as automatic drop compensation and ratio storage. It can also be equipped with a printing system to achieve centralized control and overall management of the equipment. Feeding and conveying system:
1. The batching and feeding system of sand and gravel aggregate is composed of aggregate batching machine, weighing system and belt conveyor.
◆The batching machine matched with 75 mixing station is PLD2400, which can be equipped with 4 bins batching machine for 4 kinds of materials.
◆After weighing, the sand and gravel aggregates are sent out by the horizontal belt conveyor, and then sent to the mixing host by the lifting bucket.
2. The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of cement bin and screw conveyor.
◆The cement silo is a steel structure, consisting of a cylinder, a bracket, a valve, an arch breaking device, a feed pipe, and a dust collector on the roof of the silo.
◆The running process is: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder weighing hopper → mixing host.
